The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to include the Petitioner name PACKIASELVI J as well as name of her daughter JEBA SHIBANA J as nominee as next of kin in the service record of her husband, 5th respondent herein while processing his case for releasing of pensionary benefits / terminal dues.
2. After submitting for a brief while, the learned counsel for petitioner sought liberty of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and work out his remedy in the manner known to law. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
