JUDGMENT

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed seeking to set aside the order of the1st respondent dated 23.03.2012 in PA.Mu.No.49518/P1.2011 rejecting the revision against the order of the 2nd respondent in proceeding No.8938/A1/2011 dated 27.09.2011 confirming the levy of sum of Rs.3,38,432/- towards deficit stamp duty and additional registration fee of Rs.42,305/- by allowing this appeal and consequently direct the respondents to refund the sum of Rs.3,38,432/- and Rs.42,305/- collected towards deficit stamp duty and additional registration fee.

2. It is reported by the learned counsel for the appellants that this appeal was disposed of by this Court on 27.05.2020 and subsequently it was listed under the caption "for reporting compliance". It is also stated that in the meantime, the appellants have filed Contempt Petition No.1086 of 2022 and the same was closed on 28.07.2022 by recording that the 2/4

order passed by this Court in the appeal has been complied with, hence, nothing survives in the appeal.

3. In view of the above, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is closed. No costs.
