ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Section 279, 188, 304(2) and 337 of IPC in Crime No.206 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 12.05.2021 at about 8.30 p.m., the petitioner along with pillion rider had ridden his two wheeler in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against the husband of defacto complainant and caused fatal injuries to him and died on the way to hospital. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that investigation is pending.

5. Considering the submissions made by both counsel and the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner, this court is not inclined to accede to the prayer as sought for by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
