This application has been filed seeking directions to verify the last Will and Testament of G.Sambanda Udaiyar dated 12.07.1993 which is available in the records in a sealed cover.

2.Mr.B.Manoharan, learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection for the application being entertained, provided he is also given an opportunity to peruse the original Will available in a sealed cover. This application is ordered. The learned counsel for the parties are at liberty to inspect the original Will on filing a memo, after giving an advance notice to the counsel for the other side.
