These petitions have been filed by the 3rd respondent in the writ petitions to substitute the name of Mr.S.Manoharan, Managing Director, in the place of Administrator, in the writ petitions and also in these miscellaneous petitions.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, since the Administrator had been discharged from the affairs of the 3rd respondent Company, Mr.S.Manoharan, Managing Director, who is in charge of the affairs, has to be substituted in the place of Administrator, in order to defend the writ petitions.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these substitution petitions are ordered as prayed for.
