Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3.This Court has perused the petition and is satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

4.The time already granted by this Court is extended for a further period of 12 weeks from today to complete the investigation and to file final report as per the order of this Court in Crl.OP.No.7528 of 2022 dated 06.09.2022.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
