This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to amend the court as "Magalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Tiruppur" instead of "Special Court for Exclusive Trial cases under POCSO Act, Tiruppur, in Crl. A. No.566 of 2023.

2. Mr. R. Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl Side), appearing for the respondent did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed prepare the typed set of papers and list the appeal after two weeks.
