Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 06.03.2013 for grant of patta for the Acre 4.50 in Survey No.97, Meiyur Village allotted to him an Ex-servicemen and in his possession, enjoyment and cultivation for 18 years, within a time frame.

O R D E R
The petitioner claims that the 5th respondent has allotted 13 cents house site along with an exent of 4.50 acres of dry land in S.No.97, Meiyur Village and that he has been in possession and enjoyment of the same for considerable time. The petitioner had made an application on 06.03.2013, to the respondent seeking issuance of patta for the subject land. On receipt of such application, the 4th respondent had forwarded the same to the revenue Inspector for necessary inspection and report. According to the petitioner, his representation has not been disposed of till date and hence, the present writ petition has been preferred.
2.Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader representing the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that if necessary direction is given to the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's application, the same would be complied with.
3. In view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.03.2013 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order,
4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
