ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P. No.16936 of 2017 in Crime No.6 of 2017 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Court, Chennai dated 06.11.2017.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons adduced in the petition, the petitioner is granted further time of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order to furnish the sureties and to surrender before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate, pursuant to the order passed in Crl.M.P. No.16936 of 2017 dated 06.11.2017 on the file of the learned Principle Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai and the other observations made in the order while granting the anticipatory bail shall remain intact. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
