ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the period of the license had expired and that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and hence, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition.

The Court heard the submissions of Mr.J.Kumaran, learned Government Advocate [Pondy] appearing for the respondents.
