This matter is posted today under the caption 'For being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner brought it to the notice of the Court that in the order, in paragraph No.7(d), the satisfaction court has been wrongly mentioned as Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Ulundurpet at Kallakurichi District instead of Judicial Magistrate No.1, Krishnagiri.

3. In view of the same, necessary corrections to be carried out in the order as follows:- i) In the 9th line of paragraph No.7(d), the expression "Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Ulundurpet at Kallakurichi District" shall be replaced with " Judicial Magistrate No.1, Krishnagiri".

4. It is made clear that a further period of two weeks, from the date on which the order copy is made ready, is granted to the petitioner to execute the sureties before the concerned court.
