This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents Police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents Police submitted that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, the petitioner was required for enquiry and thereafter, they have not asked the petitioner to come to the Police Station and have not harassed the petitioner.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents Police, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
