(CRIME NO.2972 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of the petitioner that shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am for a period of one week and thereafter on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 am until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.15780/2020 dated 12.10.2020 on the file of this Honble High Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. V.THIYAGARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15780 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 337 and 304(ii) of IPC in Crime No.2972 of 2020, while granting bail.
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
