ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the Petitioner praying to modify the condition imposed in Para 6, the Petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) as nonrefundable deposit, to the credit of Tamil Nadu Advocate's Clerk Association in Crl.O.P.No.11591 of 2026 dated 06.05.2026.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the Respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11591 of 2026, dated 10.04.2026, is modified to the effect that the Petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) as non-refundable deposit, to the credit of Tamil Nadu Advocate's Clerk Association in Crl.O.P.No.11591 of 2026 dated 06.05.2026. The other conditions imposed therein remains unaltered.
