By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.
The petitioner claims that he has completed his Master Course in Multimedia Designer & Editor and also got a Certificate of Training during December 2014 from a private institution viz., "Apollo Computer Education Ltd., Chennai". The petitioner would further state that after completing the Course, he approached the Tamil Nadu Adi Dravidar Housing and Development Corporation (TAHDCO) seeking business loan under the Entrepreneur Development Programme (EDP) Scheme, 2014-2015. Though he was called for an interview and was selected and the District Manager, TAHDCO, Kancheepuram vide his letter Na.Ka.No. TAHDCO-2014-15 EDP-Kp-1340, dated 26-01-2015 made a recommendation to the respondent for sanction of the loan, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent did not process the application. In this regard, he has submitted a representation, dated 30-01-2015, to the respondent seeking business loan on the basis of the above said recommendation. Since he has not been favoured with any response, he has come forward to file the writ petition.

Heard Mr. K. Thilagaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S. Sethuraman, learned Standing counsel for the respondent. 4.
On instructions, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent would submit that the respondent did not receive the recommendation, dated 26-01-2015 and the petitioner may approach the respondent-Bank by submitting an application by enclosing the copy of the above said representation and on receipt of the same, the request made by the petitioner for entrepreneur loan will be considered on merits and in accordance with the relevant norms and regulations. 5.
The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit an application seeking business loan under Entrepreneur Development Programme Scheme and along with the said application, may also enclose the letter, dated 26-01-2015, to the respondent-Bank within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the respondent, on receipt of the application along with the enclosure from the petitioner, shall consider the same in accordance with the relevant norms and regulations and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and inform the same to the petitioner.

However, there will be no order as to costs.
