ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondents to issue legal heir certificate for the husband of the petitioner, D.Ajith vide her online application No.TN-720250814572 dated 14.08.2025 and the second respondent's approval dated 23.08.2025, this Writ Petition has been filed.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had made an online application seeking legal heir certificate of her late husband on 14.08.2025.
3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's online application dated 14.08.2025 seeking legal heir certificate of her late husband Ajith and pass appropriate Orders on the same and issue legal certificate within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 13-05-2026
