ORDER

With the consent of both sides, this writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner seeks for compassionate appointment based on the death of her father, who were employed as Government servant, on 30.06.1995. She submitted a representation dated 24.03.2015 to the second respondent and acknowledgment is also enclosed for having sent through registered post with acknowledgment due.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the prayer in the writ petition is for appointment to the post of Junior Assistant based on her representation, he will be satisfied if the second respondent is directed to pass orders disposing of the representation within the time stipulated by this Court.

4. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing anything on merits, there will be a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2015 and to pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
