ORDER
With the consent of both sides, this writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner was appointed as Fertilizer Salesman in 1989 in the second respondent Co-operative Bank, namely, Maharajakadai Primary Agricultural co-operative Bank. He worked for more than 19 years. Since he lost vision in both the eyes, he was referred to the Medical Board on 29.04.2010. Based on the report of the Medical Board dated 30.04.2010, he was declared medically unfit and thereafter, he was removed from service by the Special Officer by the order dated 10.07.2010. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. The petitioner has not chosen to question that order or to seek any alternative employment for him on one ground or the other. On the other hand, he filed this writ petition seeking for employment to his wife on compassionate grounds. The petitioner made a representation dated 10.02.2014 in this regard.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner is not able to show any legal rights based on which, the petitioner seeks employment to his wife. Hence, I am not inclined to give any direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner to give employment to his wife, as he did not make any request to give him any alternative employment.
5. Accordingly, this writ petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs.
