This Writ Petition has been filed this petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.08.2014 to return the Sale Deed registered as Document No.693/2014 dated 27.02.2014 presented by the petitioner.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, during the pendency of the present writ petition, the respondent had returned the Sale Deed registered as Document No.693 of 2014, dated 27.02.2014 presented by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
