ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to FIR No.396/2018, dated: 07-03-2018 pending on the files of the Inspector of Police, N-1 Royapuram Police Station and direct respondent to file final report in the Jurisdictional Court within stipulated period as this Honourable Court deems fit and appropriate in this case. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent Police.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent Police has registered a case in the above said crime number on 07.03.2018, no final report is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

filed till date.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondent Police shall file a final report within a period of three months. 5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
