When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that FIR in this case was registered in Crime No.158 of 2023 by the CCB Cyber Cell and investigation is pending in this case. 2.In the light of the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court directs the learned counsel for the petitioner to file a fresh anticipatory bail petition incorporating crime No.158 of 2023 and CCB Cyber Cell as respondent.

3.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed.
