In the affidavit in support of the application, it is stated that the proof affidavit was e-filed on 19.06.2024, which was the date fixed by the Court for filing the same.

2. Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits, on instructions, that he has no objection to the application being allowed.

3. Upon examining the reasons set out in the affidavit and being satisfied that sufficient cause is shown, order dated 20.06.2024 setting the 4th defendant ex parte is set aside.
