Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of suspension issued by the 1st Respondent in Roc.No.8578/F1/2014-1 dated 28.03.2014 and the consequential charge memo issued by the 1st Respondent in his proceedings in Roc.No.8578/F1/2014-2 dated 28.03.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st Respondent to permit the petitioner to retire from service as on 31.03.2014 and to settle all the terminal benefits within a reasonable period as may be fixed by this Court. ORDER

The writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of suspension issued by the 1st Respondent in Roc.No.8578/F1/2014-1 dated 28.03.2014 and the consequential charge memo issued by the 1st Respondent in his proceedings in Roc.No.8578/F1/2014-2 dated 28.03.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st Respondent to permit the petitioner to retire from service as on 31.03.2014 and to settle all the terminal benefits within a reasonable period as may be fixed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The learned Government Advocate would submit that disciplinary proceedings was concluded as directed in the order dated 28.04.2015 in W.P.No.12148 of 2014 and the petitioner was permitted to retire from service and a punishment order was also passed by imposing a cut of Rs.2,500/- from his pension. The learned Government Advocate would further submit that General Provident Fund was already granted.

In view of the aforesaid developments, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
