W.M.P.Nos.18211 & 18216 of 2023 in W.P. Nos.38076 of 2002 & 27161 of 2004 S.M.SUBRAMANIAM.J., The miscellaneous petition has been filed to modify the order dated 24.03.2023 passed in WP.No.38076 of 2002.

2.The learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner made a submission that based on the similar order dated 17.07.2019 in W.P.No.5994 of 2007, a final order in the writ petition has been passed. As far as the earlier order is concerned, a direction was issued to the Regulatory Commission to disposed of the petition and in the mean time, the interim order granted by the High Court in the writ petition shall continued. However, the interim relief has not been granted in the present writ petition therefore, the present miscellaneous petition has been instituted.

3.In view of the fact that the petitioner is also similarly placed to that of the petitioner in the other writ petition in W.P.No.5994 of 2007, the interim injunction granted in the writ petition shall be continued till the time the Regulatory Commission disposes of the appeal filed by the writ petitioner. 4.With these clarification, the writ miscellaneous petitions stand disposed of.
