JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Writ Appeal has been instituted against the Writ Order dated 03.03.2025 passed in W.P.No.3955 of 2025.

2. The Appellant before this Court is a 3rd party and by obtaining leave, instituted the present Writ Appeal.

3. Perusal of the Writ Order impugned, shows that based on the written instructions from the Tahsildar, a direction was issued to complete the process of inquiry within a period of four weeks.

4. It is needless to state that the Tahsildar has to conduct inspection and survey and also conduct an inquiry by affording an opportunity to all the parties and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. 2/5

5. The Appellant is also permitted to participate in the process of inquiry to be undertaken by the Tahsildar.

6. The Writ Order impugned has not caused any prejudice to the rights or interest of the Appellant. Granting Liberty to the Appellant to participate in the process of inquiry before the Tahsildar, the present Writ Appeal stands disposed of. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
