2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the grievance of the petitioner is limited to the direction insofar as Survey No.467/19 is concerned. He points out that the petitioner is the pattadhar in respect of subdivision 19B1 to 19B3. Upon examining the documents placed on record by the petitioner, the order dated 03.03.2025 may affect the petitioner. Therefore, leave is granted to the petitioner to file an appeal.
