This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to correct the petitioner's date of birth as 10.01.1959 in her service records as well the respondents' official records.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
