The Petitioner has submitted the representation dated 27.07.2021 before the Respondents and the same has not been considered by the Respondents till date.
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents on instructions submitted that the third Respondent will consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 27.07.2021 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed by directing the third Respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 27.07.2021 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
