O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the Respondents not to harass the Petitioner based on the false Complaint received from Mr.Sivvagurunathan.

2.Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the Inspector of Police, Padalam Police Station, Padalam, 2nd respondent is present before before this Court. He tendered unconditional apology and undertook before this Court that the instructions will be given to the Office of the Public Prosecutor immediately in future and this mistake will not be repeated.

3.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

4.Taking into consideration the nature of the dispute involved in this case is a money dispute, it is for the parties to adjudicate the same before the appropriate Civil Court and the respondent police will have no role to play in a case of this nature.

5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police not to interfere with the money dispute and it is open for the parties to agitate their rights before the competent civil court.
