Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.S.Kandasamy, learned counsel appearing for 4th respondent.

2. Perused the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition for non-presence and for non-prosecution in the main writ petition when it came up on 29.03.2021, in the result, the same was dismissed on the said date.

3. In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit and at satisfying the same, this Court is inclined to allow the petition and as a sequel, the main writ petition in W.P.No.10759 of 2012, which was dismissed for default on 29.03.2021 is restored on the file of this Court.
