ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to the offence as under section 126(2), 296(b), 115(1), 118(1) and 351(l) of BNS r/w 4 of TN Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 instead of offence under Section 126(2), 296(b), 115(1), 118(1) and 351(l), of BNS in Crl.O.P.No. 13573 of 2025 order dated 08.05.2025.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is allowed. Further, time is extended by two weeks from today to execute the sureties.

4.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and issue a fresh order copy.
