ORDER
Heard both sides.
2. The petitioner is a Senior Citizen. She had executed a Settlement Deed in favour of R2 and R3 on 29.06.2016. The petitioner subsequently moved the Maintenance Tribunal / R1 for cancellation of the same. The petitioner's grievance is that her complaint dated 09.03.2026 is yet to be disposed of.
3. The Senior Citizens Act prescribes a period of two (2) months for disposal of such petitions. I direct the first respondent to dispose of the Writ Petitioner's application filed under Section 23 of the Act, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall put all the interested parties on notice before passing the final order. It is made clear that this order is passed without going into the merits of the case.
