Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents, more particularly the fifth respondent, from harassing the petitioner based on the amendment in Act 27 of 1975 (Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act) as well as not to interfere with the petitioner's trust to perform its day to day functioning of the trust smoothly.
