This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 03.05.2018.

2. The learned Government Advocate submitted that after receipt of the complaint, C.S.R.No.78 of 2018 has been issued and the said complaint is pending for enquiry.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission, the third respondent is directed to expedite enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, he has to register a case and in case, the enquiry reveals only a civil dispute or a nonhttps://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

cognizable offence, he has to direct the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for obtaining proper relief, in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed of.
