By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner claims that his father Late K.Bakthavatchallu Naidu, had purchased the property admeasuring to an extent of 8,400 square feet comprised in Survey No.502/10 situated at Karnan Street, Mogappair, Chennai, by means of a registered sale deed dated 2.11.1962, and after his demise, the above said property was inherited by his nine legal heirs. The petitioner further claims that except herself, the other legal heirs have sold their undivided share of 8/9 in the above said property. She has also purchased 263.67 square feet from them and thereafter, applied for patta on 16.3.2015, and since it has not been disposed of, came forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of Mr.S.Senthil Kumar, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, and without going into the merits of the representation, directs the respondent to consider and

dispose of the said representation dated 16.3.2015, in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
