ORDER

The petitioner's tipper lorry bearing Registration No.TN 11 BA 9942 is seized by the authorities for illicit transport of illicitly quarried rough stones. An FIR too has been promptly registered in Cr.No. 590 of 2023 on the file of the Kanchipuram Taluk Police Station. The present petition is filed for the return of the vehicle.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondents have already taken steps to hand over the property to the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kancheepuram. Currently, the vehicle is pending before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kancheepuram.

3.The petitioner is now required to approach the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kancheepuram to obtain the return of the vehicle. 2/4
