This writ petition has been filed to declare the entire tender document and process relating to supply of Decoction Vending Machines under reference No.001A/TAM/NA/2014 along with the amendment made in pursuance of the prebid meeting held on 01.12.2014 as arbitrary, illegal and void and for consequential relief.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
