By order dated 18.02.2019, this Court directed the Court below to dispose O.S.No.667 of 2007 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. Now, the learned Principal District Munsif, Namakkal has requested this Court to grant further period of six months to dispose of the aforesaid case. On the ground that due to nationwide lock-down imposed to curb Covid-19 pandemic, the direction issued by this Court could not be complied with.
