ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest in connection with the case in Crime No.15 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b), (ii) (c), 29 (i) and 25 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, is before this court seeking anticipatory bail.

2. When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this court to withdraw the petition. He has also made en endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted accordingly.
