The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to proceedings in PA4/5725/Tha.A.Po.Ka./Dhapuri/2014 dated 04.08.2014 passed by the first respondent and to quash the same.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was appointed as Driver in the respondent Corporation on 01.09.1992. While he was working at Bommidi Depot, on 13.07.2014, he was waiting in Dharmapuri Bus Stand at about 9 p.m. as his departure time for last trip to Pappireddypatty. At that time the Manager of the Dharmapuri Moffusal Bus Depot asked the petitioner to depot the passengers and to go to Hosur. The petitioner refused for the same and he was given memo on the spot. Thereafter, the impugned transfer order was passed. Challenging the same, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Heard the arguments advanced on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4.The writ petition has been filed challenging the order of transfer. Though this Court has granted an interim order of stay on 24.09.2014, I am of the opinion that after a lapse of six years, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 5.The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
