COMMON ORDER [Order of the Court made by Senthilkumar Ramamoorthy, J] The matter relates to election of office bearers of Tamil Nadu Football Association. The petitioners in C.M.P.Nos.12362, 12364 & 12371 of 2025 in O.S.A.No.277 of 2019 are persons whose nominations were rejected on the ground that they cannot contest the election since they proposed others for the post. While rejecting the nominations, reliance was placed on Article 30.2.6 of the Constitution of the Tamil Nadu Football Association. On prima facie examining Article 30.2.6, it does not appear to contain an embargo against a person proposing another candidate and also contesting the election. The election is scheduled on 31.05.2025.

2. Ms.Kanimozhi Mathi appears on behalf of the Committee constituted by this Court and submits that the Court may take a decision in the matter.

3. Accordingly, Mr.P.N.Ravikumar, Mr.Robert Kumar and Mr.K.R.Anandh are permitted to contest the election for the post of Vice President subject to the outcome of the petitions. The petitioners in C.M.P.No.12364 of 2025 in O.S.A.No.277 of 2019 are also granted leave to file petitions.
