ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to modify one of the bail condition No.7(b), whereby/where under directing the petitioner to report before the Town Police Station, Madurai South, twice a day at 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. until further orders, to any other police station more specifically direct the petitioner to report before the respondent police station in Crl.OP.No.11910 of 2016 order dated 07.05.2026.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is no such police station i.e. Town Police Station, Madurai South as mentioned in the order dated 07.05.2026 and therefore, the petitioner is unable to comply with the condition.

3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition. Accordingly, the condition imposed in para 7(b) of the order passed in Crl.OP.No.11910 of 2016 order dated 07.05.2026 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report and sign before the respondent-police daily at 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m. until further orders". The other conditions shall remain 2/4

unaltered.
