A.No.3497 of 2021 A.No.3497 of 2021 in C.S.No.1100 of 1988 N.SESHASAYEE.J., The present Application is filed in terms of the scheme decree passed by this Court on 08.09.2009, more specifically clause 16, 17(2)(f) and 17(3). In the scheme decree, the Court has constituted a Board of Trustees. It provides that the Chairperson has to be appointed by the Court and the members are eligible for renewal of their office. In the trustees constituted by the Board, certain Ellikutty Cherian was one of the trustees and she has resigned and her branch is yet to be represented. 2.Mrs.Radha Vasudevan, was nominated as the Chairperson by this Court and she has given her consent for renewal of her office as the chairperson in terms of clause 17(2(f). Similarly, the other members of the Board namely Mrs.Stella Varghese, Mrs.Meera Rao, Mr.Cherian Johny and Mrs.Merry Biju have also sought extension of their term. 3.This Court persued the decree passed by this Court and is also satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Application. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/

A.No.3497 of 2021 N.SESHASAYEE.J., Tsg 4.This Application is accordingly allowed and the term of Office of the Chairperson and the four members referred to above are extended from 08.09.2021 to 07.09.2024.
