Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to enquire into the petitioner's complaint dated 15.12.2014 and pass necessary orders within the time fixed by this Honourable court.

Heard Mr.T.R.Udaya Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 and with their consent, the writ petition is taken for disposal at the admission stage.
2. Since the writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage without notice to respondents 4 to 6, who have been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
impleaded in their personal capacity, the merits of the allegations made by the petitioner as against respondents 4 to 6 are not gone into.
3. It is seen that the petitioner has submitted a complaint to the first respondent on 15.12.2014 making various allegations against respondents 4 to 6, who are the Village Administrative Officer, Village Assistant and the Revenue Inspector. The complaint has been acknowledged by the first respondent vide postal acknowledgment card dated 16.12.2014.
4. In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the contentions raised by the petitioner, there will be a direction to the first respondent to enquire into the complaint dated 15.12.2014 given by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to respondents 4 to 6 and pass a reasoned order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
