2. On 27.07.2018, when the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner in the morning, hence, the matter was passed over to 2.15 pm in the afternoon. Even at 2.15 pm, there was no representation for the petitioner, hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "For Dismissal" on 30.07.2018. Accordingly, the matter is listed today i.e. on 30.07.2018 under the said caption. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner in the morning as well as in the afternoon. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
