Heard Mr.K.Sasindran, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.K.Bose, the learned counsel for the respondents and with the consent of parties, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that Rs.37,172/- was withheld from his pensionary benefits without any order. According to him, he made a representation dated 2.1.2015 seeking refund of the aforesaid amount. Since no order is passed, he has come up with this writ petition.

3.Taking into consideration the nature of the prayer, the first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 2.1.2015, on merits and in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
