PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 115 of the CPC., against the order dated 29.04.2022 made in I.A.No.121 of 2021 in A.S.No.30 of 2016, on the file of the Principal District Judge, Cuddalore. For Petitioner :Mr.V.Balamurugan

2 C.R.P.(NPD)No.3238 of 2022 O R D E R The Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the Court below dismissing the application filed by the petitioner seeking appointment of receiver in an appeal filed by him against the final decree in a partition suit and the appeal is of the year 2016.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though he prayed for a larger relief in the revision, he restricts his prayer by seeking a direction to the Court below to dispose of the suit within the time stipulated. The said statement of the counsel is recorded.

3. Having regard to the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Civil Revision Petition, even without notice to the respondent.

4. The appeal suit is of the year 2016 and it is filed against the final decree in the partition suit. The subject matter of the suit is a Rice Mill.

5. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case and also the year of the appeal, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Court to dispose of the appeal within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
