ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.04.2026 and to direct them to give appropriate Police protection to the petitioner and his property from the threats of the private respondents (R3 to R5).

2. Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecution takes notice for the official respondents and Ms.L.C.Namratha, learned counsel takes notice for the private respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submitted that petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2026 had already been received by the official respondents and they have also conducted enquiry. Once again, the petitioner submitted representation dated 13.04.2026. Hence, he further submitted that the official respondents will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 13.04.2026.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

5. Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.04.2026 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after conducting proper enquiry by affording opportunity to both the parties, within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
