ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 436 & 506(ii) of IPC r/w 4 of TN Public Property (Prevention of Damage & Loss) Act in Cr.No.389 of 2013, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed against the petitioner.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed then there is no question of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed and liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedy in accordance with law.
