Though the prayer in the writ petitioner is to challenge the transfer order passed in proceedings in Proc.No.4956/2021/VC III-2 dated 26.08.2021 on the file 1st respondent and the subsequent relieving order passed in proceedings in Na.Ka.No.15805/2021/k1 dated 31.08.2021, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied, if liberty is given to the petitioner to file appropriate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation of the 1st respondent to re-consider the decisions impugned in this writ petition.

2.The petitioner is directed to file such representation if any, within a period of two weeks from today. If such representation is made by the petitioner, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose the same within a period of six weeks thereafter. Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions is closed.
